Jade is EIGHT today!!!

Alright folks, The Boss is now 8 years old... Please be advised... Jade had a great day (that began at 0830 and ended at 1400 hrs- Praise the LORD!) winning her basketball game then bowling, eating cake, pizza and candy. She is super smart (straight As again!) and funny... Everyone around her adores her (she made me write that). I now need a nap.

Inauguration in DC!!

OK People, sorry this post is like two weeks after the fact, but I've been busy hustlin'! The inauguration was a trip of a lifetime and I was so happy to be a part of history! Thanks to a new friendship with a member of the Texas Senate, I got a ticket to the Silver Gate (the last one to shut people out!!) and had an inspiring, albeit FREEZING, view of our 44th President being sworn in. I stayed with my girl Laverne while I was there and had a blast with her.

Happy New Year!

I don't have much of a post on this day since me and the monsters basically chilled out and lounged today. aaahhh... it is relaxing. Happy New Year and remember, "The world is MINE in '09"!
